Quality policy statement (BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Clause 4.1.1)
Contract Signs has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.
It is the policy of Contract Sign Systems Ltd. that the quality of the work undertaken on behalf of its customers shall be documented, as described in the Quality System Manual. The Quality System shall conform in all aspects to the requirements of the British Standard for Quality, BS EN ISO 9001:2008 specification for production and installation.
Employees identified in the Manual shall be responsible for implementing the Quality Procedures in the area of their responsibility to the agreed level of accuracy and quality.
The Firm will ensure that employees are trained to a level commensurate with the tasks to which they are appointed and to the standard of quality they are expected to achieve.
The appointed Quality Controller has authority for all quality matters and will undertake reviews, revisions and changes as agreed for the satisfactory execution of the work.
The Firm is committed to a regular assessment of its business activities to ensure its customers of the best traditions of service for which it is well known, and to ensure this service will always meet the demands placed upon it.
